I had a great stay at Premiere Classe in Agen. The room wasnice and neat, perfect for a short stopover. I was actually surprised by the comfortable bed and the good coffee provided. Despite the location being in an industrial/commercial zone, it was convenient for those coming off the main road.

Not much. We arrived by bicycle after 170k and were not allowed to use rooms or shower eveb though the group leader and booker was on site. We were hungry and tired and the bus was behind the last riders out on the road.
One room smelled of human vomit and another had drain problems. We never complained as the lady at reception was not helpful in the least

This hotel is ideal for a quick stopover or as a base to explore the surrounding area. The location, although a bit remote, is convenient for those who don't mind taking a short drive to find dining options. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet, although nothing out of the ordinary, provides a decent start to the day. One minor improvement could be to provide an extra hand towel in the rooms. this hotel offers good value for money and suited our needs perfectly.

premiere classe agen exceeded our expectations during our summer holiday stay. the hotel's location was convenient and staff was helpful, allowing us to check in even when the automatic system was down. the room was cleaned daily and the nearby restaurants made dining easy.
Wet floor due to ill-fitting shower doors.

Bragging about my visit to the renowned Museum of Fine Arts and enjoying the tranquility of the Agenais region's green spaces. Agen sure knows how to organize fun activities along the river!
Not living up to its "Première Classe" name, this hotel needs some serious TLC.

The hotel offered very good value for money, with clean rooms and a modern presentation. the parking was convenient and the hotel had a ground floor room available. the staff were pleasant and efficient, and the location was ideal for the Scotland v France match in the U20 Six Nations. We also enjoyed a great Oriental Buffet restaurant nearby, perfect for some karaoke and casino fun.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints.

The room was surprisingly clean and modern for the price, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. the hotel location was convenient for our sightseeing, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The hotel had some downsides. the lack of air conditioning made our room uncomfortably hot, especially at night.

This hotel is a great location for those looking to be near Camponile restaurant and other nearby food options. It is located conveniently near motorways making it great for travelers. the rooms are basic, but functional with en-suite bathrooms, TV, and free WiFi. the hotel staff is accommodating and allows for late check-ins.
The rooms may be considered small and uncomfortable for longer stays.

Although the hotel was basic, the coffee was good and the bed was comfortable. Plus, the WiFi was reliable and fast. The hotel's location was also convenient, being a short walk from a supermarket and a nice buffet restaurant, perfect for a romantic escape.
The hotel was in desperate need of refurbishment. The bed's blanket had cigarette burns and stains, the window had no security and the blind was broken.
